Stress management among students is a hit-or-miss matter. In order to tackle this matter most of the educational institutes schedule optional stress management classes, but students often lackthe time to attend. The Term II CBSE examination is round the corner and fear of not performing well causes great anxiety among the students. It is important for students to be in a calm state of mind and to deal with any emotion that may be causing distress, during examination. To overcome the stress and anxiety caused during exams, a series of online interactive sessions on stress management and exam anxiety were conducted by Dr. Nita Joseph, Counsellor and HoD - Inclusive Education for the students of classes X and XII from 12 th to 18 th April 2022. “The objective of the session is to equip the young aspirants with the skills and strategies to manage exam stress in various ways, so that they could deal the stress and most importantly, be at ease and confident for the upcoming board examination” said Dr. Nita.Students are facing many types of stresses such as exam anxiety, timely submission of assignments, performance in exams, lack of free time, fear of making mistake. Stress is a frustrating condition where it contains an excess of work and an overload which reduces the concentration, mentality and the normal working condition of any students.  Indian School Darsait teachers walked an extra mile to make the students’ minds at ease and feel at home. Motivational sessions were also conducted on career prospects in the field of Science and Commerce. Mrs. Zehra Fatima, HoD - Biology and Mrs. Divya Babu, faculty in Commerce Department, gave an orientation to the students of class X on the selection of elective subjects in class XI and emerging career opportunities.
