Instructions

• Scanned copy of BOD Registration form.
• Photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
• Photocopy of the passport of the applicant (first page, visa page, and address page).
• Photocopy of the Health card & Vaccination card.
• Photocopy of the passport of the parents (first page, visa page, and address page).
• Photocopy of the resident card of the applicant – not mandatory
• Photocopy of the resident card of the parents.
• Two passport size photographs.
• Copy of Residence Electricity Bill.
• Original Transfer Certificate (to be duly countersigned by the Education Authority of the District/Region if previous school not affiliated to CBSE.) – mandatory only for Class II and above
• Photocopy of the progress report - Originals to be submitted for verification – mandatory Only for Class II and above (Maximum file size limit is 2MB. File format applicable are .jpg and.pdf)

Second Language/ Third Language Combinations Available

Please Note:

1. The details Electricity Acc. No, Blood Group, Visa Details, Passport details, Civil Id Details should be entered properly as the same is being entered in the MOE (Ministry of Education) Website.
2. It is mandatory to enter the second language from Grade I onwards.
3. If you have studied in any school earlier, please fill in the details of the previous school
